Job Title: **Digital Solutions Architect**

We are seeking a seasoned Dynamics CRM Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

As a Cross-Functional Technical Lead, you will oversee the design, development, and implementation of complex CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Gathering and analyzing client requirements to create effective CRM strategies.
  • Designing and implementing custom applications using the Canvas and Model Driven frameworks.
  • Developing and customizing various CRM components such as entities, forms, workflows, plugins, reports, dashboards.
  • Integrating external systems with CRM software.
  • Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Maintaining high system availability and performance through troubleshooting and debugging.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in Dynamics CRM and Power Platform.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules and their capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team.
