Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Sales Enablement team. This role will be based in Gurugram and requires working at least three days a week in the office.

This is a hybrid role that involves managing proposals and enabling business wins for key clients, primarily across Proposal & Bid Management, Client Research, and Creative Services.

The purpose of this role is to provide proposals support and independently manage production of high-quality RFP responses for a leading financial services company.

We expect the candidate to demonstrate experience in managing drafts independently for US-based stakeholders, delivering high-value drafts, and understanding the RFP life cycle.

  • Build knowledge and understanding of the Wealth business, service offerings, and strategic priorities
  • Review RFPs and other client material to gain complete understanding of client requirements
  • Work closely with the pursuit team to resolve open items during the proposal development process
  • Perform final reviews of proposals drafts
  • Assist with the development of templates, improved systems, and processes for measuring RFP success

This role requires strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and exceptional customer service focus.

The ideal candidate should have 5-8 years of experience in a pre-sales or bid management environment and possess a postgraduate or graduate degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics.
