We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, building, and maintaining ServiceNow integrations with various third-party tools.

Responsibilities include:

\
  • \
  • Performing configuration/customization of the ServiceNow system, including creation of workflows, portals, and reports.\
  • Building Service Request Fulfillment workflows from business requirements, using workflows, UI actions, client scripts, and business rules.\
  • Automating different tasks using ServiceNow functionality.\
  • Developing integrations and process automations via Orchestration, Web services, SOAP calls, etc.\
  • Managing clients, complex projects, and participating in business requirement gathering.\
  • Developing and configuring applications using ServiceNow, building workflows, and writing automated scripts.\
  • Developing advanced customizations, including Business Rules, UI pages, UI macros, UI Scripts, Script Includes, Client Scripts, Workflows, Custom tables, etc.\
  • Experiencing in designing, building, and maintaining ServiceNow integrations with various third-party tools.\
  • Performing system and integration testing using sample and live data.\
  • Performing upgrades and customizations of the ServiceNow Platform applications while adhering to Release management and Software development best practices.\
  • Loading, manipulating, and maintaining data between ServiceNow and other systems as needed.\
