We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead User Acceptance Testing efforts for our Sales - CRM Platform - Microsoft D365 and - Sales systems. This role ensures the platform meets business requirements and delivers a seamless experience for Sales - CRM teams and end-users.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with business analysts, developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to validate end-to-end functionality before production release. They must have excellent communication skills to facilitate stakeholder alignment and ensure successful project delivery.

We are seeking a highly skilled UAT Test Manager to lead User Acceptance Testing efforts for our Sales - CRM Platform - Microsoft D365 and - Sales systems. The successful candidate will have strong technical skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.

This role is responsible for defining UAT scope, objectives, and success criteria aligned with Sales - CRM workflows. They will develop UAT test plans, schedules, and resource allocation, and coordinate with business stakeholders to align testing goals with Sales - CRM operations.

The successful candidate will oversee creation and execution of test cases based on business requirements. They must ensure coverage of critical Sales - CRM processes (e.g., lead management, opportunity tracking, quote generation , - Sales , CRM integrations).

We require a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

The successful candidate will lead and mentor UAT testers and business users. They will coordinate cross-functional testing efforts and manage dependencies, track, analyze, and escalate defects, and collaborate with development and QA teams for resolution.

A background in quality assurance, software testing, or a related field is required. Experience working with Agile methodologies and familiarity with Microsoft D365 is an asset.
