We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Training Division as a key player in designing and delivering high-quality training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Organize, plan, and implement interactive learning sessions on communication skills, soft skills, and problem-solving for students and staff members.

2. Collaborate with team members to develop and deliver engaging training materials that meet the organization's needs.

3. Utilize industry-standard tools such as MS Office and AI software to create immersive learning experiences and evaluate participant performance.

4. Foster excellent communication skills among participants through interactive and collaborative learning environments.

Requirements:

1. Post-graduation in English or Management is mandatory.

2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a reputable organization, university, or ed-tech platform where you have designed and delivered successful training sessions.

3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse audiences and learning styles.
