Procurement Manager Role

This position is responsible for overseeing procurement operations, developing and implementing strategic sourcing plans, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

  • The Procurement Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • They will be responsible for negotiating contracts, managing supplier performance, and analyzing data to identify cost-saving opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to support business objectives.
  • Manage supplier relationships, including negotiations, contract management, and performance evaluations.
  • Conduct supplier audits and assessments to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to procurement policies, ethical sourcing standards, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on process improvement and operational excellence.
  • Proven track record of leading and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
