Senior Quality Assurance Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Assurance Manager to join our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, quality assurance, and leadership, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective test strategies and plans to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
  • Lead and manage a team of QA engineers to achieve optimal results and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Mentor and coach team members to improve their technical skills and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and DevOps, to ensure alignment on quality goals and objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate quality risks through proactive planning and analysis.
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive quality metrics and reporting, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of professional experience in software testing and quality assurance, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in web application and API testing, with proficiency in automation frameworks like Selenium.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive results across multiple teams.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality products on time and within budget.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
