Job Title: Senior Manager- Accounts

Accounting Leadership Role

This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with IND AS.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Coordinate month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure all necessary tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Implement internal controls and adherence to accounting standards to minimize risk.
  • Handle GST, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Budgeting, MIS reporting, and cost reduction initiatives to optimize financial resources.
  • Monitor cash flow and working capital to make informed decisions about resource allocation.
  • Assist operational teams and management in decision-making by providing data and compliance inputs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong accounting knowledge and experience with IND AS.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Able to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with budgeting, MIS reporting, and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
