About Our Team

We are seeking a skilled Manual QA Engineer to join our team of experts in the field of Cyber Fraud Risk Management. As part of our leading team, you will play a key role in implementing our CFRM products on customers' premises and cloud environments.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing all QA-related aspects of project delivery
  • Performing manual testing of our products: functional, integration, performance, sanity, and regression tests
  • Writing STDs, preparing test data using files/SQL scripts, configuring the system, and running test scenarios
  • Collaborating with other team members and departments to ensure successful completion of tests
  • Creating and updating test progress in our tracking system

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 3-6 years of experience as a QA Engineer, with a deep understanding of QA processes and methodologies
  • Experience in SQL and familiarity with at least one of the following databases: MS SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL
  • Technical skills, including troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities, with a comfort level analyzing logs
  • Excellent writing and verbal skills in English
  • A can-do attitude, ability to work independently, and customer-facing abilities
  • Experience working in Agile SCRUM methodologies and Atlassian tools like Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket (Git)

Bonus points for candidates with experience in CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, containerization, and orchestration tools. Additionally, exposure to banking finance domain and scripting/coding knowledge for automating processes would be valuable assets to our team.
