Software Quality Assurance Engineer

As a software quality assurance engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products.

  • Job Description: Act as a validation and quality assurance expert, reviewing the functionality of existing systems. Conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy design, and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes.
  • Comprehensive understanding of both manual and automated testing methodologies, coupled with the ability to translate client needs into effective test strategies.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive quality assurance across the development lifecycle.
  • Work effectively with all departments (e.g., Dev, DevOps, technical writers, BA) to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with testing and product quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience (6 to 8 years) in software quality assurance testing and strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Familiarity with Agile processes.
  • Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
  • Strong documentation skills for creating test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test reports ensuring thorough test coverage based on project requirements.
