Job Title: Director of Data and AI Strategy

About the Role:

  • Lead the design and implementation of our AI-first platform, leveraging cutting-edge data architecture and agentic AI-driven automation.
  • Develop and maintain scalable, real-time data pipelines across multiple business functions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth through data-driven decision-making.

Key Requirements:

  • Data Engineering & Architecture:
    • Design and own end-to-end data architecture across multiple business functions.
    • Build scalable, real-time data pipelines across brands, channels, and geographies.
    • Maintain strong data governance, lineage, and quality.
  • Ai & Automation:
    • Architect AI-first engines combining predictive and generative AI for business workflows.
    • Deploy agentic AI systems to automate key processes in marketing, supply chain, pricing, catalogue ops, and category management.
    • Lead MLOps practices for model deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration & Leadership:
    • Hire, mentor, and scale a high-performing engineering team.
    • Instil a culture of innovation, experimentation, and speed.
    • Align technology strategy closely with product, marketing, and supply chain business leaders.
