About the Role

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the development and adoption of business-driven AI solutions across the enterprise.

This leadership role bridges business goals with advanced AI capabilities, managing multi-functional initiatives, and accelerating enterprise readiness.

The focus is on impact-driven, scalable, and business-aligned GenAI implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead AI transformation initiatives from ideation to execution
  • Define strategic roadmaps and align AI initiatives with business outcomes
  • Translate GenAI technologies into business-ready tools
  • Oversee the design of AI assistants and document intelligence tools
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and product management
  • Guide adoption of frameworks like LangChain or RAG
  • Ensure scalability, governance, and responsible AI principles
  • Mentor internal teams and build AI fluency across business units

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 8-10 years of experience in AI/ML strategy, enterprise architecture, or digital transformation
  • Strong exposure to GenAI frameworks
  • Proven success in building business-aligned AI use cases and intelligent solutions
  • Leadership experience in scaling AI initiatives
  • Strong grasp of solutioning, stakeholder management, and strategic execution
  • Experience in BFSI/Fintech/Consulting/Product environments is an advantage
