Job Opportunity: AI and Psychometrics Specialist

We are seeking an AI and Psychometrics Specialist to join our team, combining expertise in artificial intelligence and psychometric analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing AI-driven innovations in R&D to optimize psychometric processes, data analysis, and test development.
  • Developing and validating assessments, as well as creating innovative test items for specialized evaluations.
  • Collaborating with consultants to deliver tailored solutions, such as customized assessments and personalized reports.
  • Project management, planning, tracking, and delivering projects on schedule using tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.

Requirements:

  • MSc in Psychometrics, Industrial/Organisational Psychology, or related field.
  • First-hand experience in psychometrics and/or AI application projects.
  • Strong technical skills, including advanced use of generative AI tools and prompt engineering.
  • Excellent communication skills, project management abilities, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
