Automotive HR Systems Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Automotive HR Systems expert to spearhead our team of HR systems specialists in India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of HR systems specialists to provide strategic support for global HR and payroll/time systems.
  • Collaborate with the global team to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
  • Develop leadership skills by coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Ensure robust security measures and documentation to meet governance standards and requirements.
  • Support the team in prioritizing tasks and planning.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience as detailed above in related areas (HR systems, HR technology, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of HR and payroll/time systems like Workday, Dayforce, SAP HR, Concur Travel Management
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a people leader with a focus on global HR and payroll/time systems technical support operations
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a global context
  • Familiarity with key HR system modules including HCM (employee life cycle), payroll, workforce management, compensation & benefit, recruitment, and talent management is highly preferred
