Administrative Support Position

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing administrative support and contributing to the success of our organization.

As an Administrative Support professional, you will be responsible for facilitating travel arrangements, managing office administration, and maintaining records. Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will enable you to excel in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Travel Arrangements: Facilitate local and international travel, accommodations, and transportation for business trips.
  • Office Administration: Manage day-to-day office administration, including office supplies and housekeeping.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain registers such as office supplies, inward/outward correspondence, and admin-related books of accounts.
  • Guest House Management: Maintain and manage the company guest house.
  • Scheduling: Manage and prioritize schedules and appointments of senior executives.
  • Event Planning: Plan and organize team events.
  • Reporting: Prepare timely presentations, proposals, data sheets, and reports in prescribed formats.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably from the hospitality or travel industry.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others.
