Job Title: Portfolio Strategy Executive

Description:

  • This role involves overseeing the product strategy and execution of the roadmap for a key portfolio, with a focus on a flagship marketing solution, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • You will work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure the offering has what it needs to succeed in the market.
  • The success metrics include growth, retention, satisfaction of customers and business partners, and the positive impact on the overall software business.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Understand the existing install base and identify incremental features and roadmap opportunities to retain existing customers and drive renewals and revenue.
  2. Stay abreast of key market trends and competitive insights to ideate and develop major breakthrough features in the roadmap, addressing existing gaps in the product.
  3. Develop a comprehensive roadmap for a SAAS solution that leverages the existing strengths of the product, makes the offering viable, optimizes costs, and differentiates it in the market.
  4. Deliver on executing the roadmap with prioritization and precision, collaborating with sales, marketing, and engineering teams.
  5. Promote the possibilities with new feature functions and product versions to both internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Drive significant positive movement in key analyst ratings of the product, collaborating with sales and marketing teams.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Help establish the company as a top player in the Customer Experience platform space by engaging with customers, partners, analysts, industry experts, and other influencers.
  • Drive strategic clarity for product differentiation through an outside-in analysis of market, competitive, customer, and technological forces.
  • Create well-defined major release roadmaps with WOWs, working with CX Solutions stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Development, Customers, and Partners to ensure that the right features get built in a timely manner, with excellent product quality, ease of upgrading and adoption, delight, and stickiness.

3-month Goals:

  • Identify and rank critical backlog, product, and technical debt issues in Jira.
  • Establish Aha within the community as the designation for ideation.
  • Build and communicate the portfolio roadmap with all stakeholders.
  • Ensure customers understand the mission and commitment to innovation and sustained investment.
