Job Title: Digital Marketing Strategist

A visionary and creative professional is sought to spearhead our online presence across platforms. As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns that drive engagement, generate leads, and build brand loyalty with a focus on the IT software services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute monthly content calendars across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
  • Create and manage engaging content (posts, videos, stories, reels, infographics)
  • Plan and run paid ad campaigns on platforms like Meta, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google
  • Track KPIs such as engagement rate, reach, CTR, conversions, and report performance
  • Coordinate with designers, content writers, and video editors to produce high-quality assets
  • Monitor trends and competitor activity to refine strategy
  • Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions professionally and promptly
  • Optimize pages for SEO when applicable and social search visibility
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to align campaigns with business goals

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of proven experience in digital marketing
  • Strong portfolio or examples of managed brand pages/accounts
  • Proficiency in tools like Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, and Google Analytics
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills
  • Knowledge of the IT software digital industry is a strong plus
  • Ability to analyze metrics and tweak strategy accordingly
  • Creative thinking and strong attention to detail
