We are seeking a seasoned Deferred Compensation strategist to spearhead the execution of our Expanded Share Ownership initiative.

The Opportunity
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive deferred compensation strategy in alignment with senior executive objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to the strategy.
  • Lead program socialization efforts, including engagement with senior business leaders.
  • Work closely with project managers and portfolio leads to identify dependencies, risks, and opportunities.
  • Support effective change management and communication planning for stakeholder engagement and project implementation.
  • Manage stakeholders effectively, ensuring timely coordination of project status updates for leadership.
Requirements
  • Proven experience developing and implementing deferred compensation strategies, particularly in complex global organizations.
  • In-depth knowledge of public company equity compensation.
  • Exceptional client relationship, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including direct experience working with senior executives.
  • Ability to articulate and communicate complex ideas in an engaging manner to senior leaders.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with a proactive approach to solving problems and executing tasks.
  • Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and compliance of programs.
  • Adaptability in response to changing priorities and deadlines.
