Job Title: HR Head

This is a key leadership role where you will be responsible for driving the human resources strategy across the organization.

You will develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives, manage the execution of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, workforce administration, employee engagement, payroll, reward and recognition. You will also ensure compliance with current regulations, accepted professional standards, policies and procedures and legislation.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • MBA, PGD-HR or Graduate degree.
  • 10+ years of experience in HR management.
  • Excellent knowledge of HR practices and regulations.
  • Vast working knowledge of all HR departmental areas.

In addition, it would be beneficial if you have:

  • Excellent knowledge of HR systems and budgets.
  • Knowledge of employment law and best practice.
