Project Manager - Duck Creek Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned project manager to lead the successful delivery of Duck Creek conversion and support projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of Duck Creek solutions within the Property & Casualty insurance space.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end implementation or upgrade projects for Duck Creek (Billing, Policy, Claims).
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, resource estimates, timelines, and budgets.
  • Ensure timely delivery of milestones, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively.
  • Drive communication across stakeholders including business users, IT teams, and executive sponsors.
  • Monitor project KPIs and prepare regular status reports and executive updates.

Requirements:

  • 9+ years of project management experience in enterprise IT or insurance.
  • ~5+ years managing Duck Creek implementation or enhancement projects.
  • ~ Strong understanding of the Duck Creek Suite (Policy, Billing, Claims, Author).
  • ~ Proven experience with Agile methodologies.
  • ~ Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Additional Requirements:

  • Exp in Technical Project Management-Interested for 3 Days Work from Office?-Interested in (2 PM - 10:30 PM Shift)
