Job Title:

Duck Creek Project Manager

This position oversees the entire process of implementing or upgrading Duck Creek solutions. It requires strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and upgrade projects for Billing, Policy, Claims in Duck Creek.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders.
  • Develop project plans, resource estimates, timelines, and budgets.
  • Manage cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, testers, and external vendors.
  • Ensure timely delivery of milestones, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively.
  • Drive communication across stakeholders including business users, IT teams, and executive sponsors.
  • Monitor project KPIs and prepare regular status reports and executive updates.
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations.

Requirements:

  • At least 9 years of project management experience in enterprise IT or insurance.
  • 5+ years managing Duck Creek implementation or enhancement projects.
  • Deep understanding of the Duck Creek Suite (Policy, Billing, Claims).
  • Proven experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
