Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Public Affairs Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive public affairs programs that complement our clients' business objectives.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in tech policy and/or FMCG policy, with a strong background in policy communications, forming coalitions, and advocacy work with think tanks and key opinion leaders.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay current on clients' businesses, industries, and competitors to develop strategic public affairs programs.
  • Work closely with other business practices to develop and implement integrated campaigns and programs.
  • Lead outreach and engagement with think tanks, industry bodies, media, and other influencers of policy.
  • Act as a day-to-day client leader and maintain clear communication channels between the client and the account team.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate or postgraduate degree in Law, Economics, Public Policy, Political Science, Business, and International Affairs, with specialization in government/policy communication.
  • Excellent policy communications skills, including coalition building and advocacy work.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify problems and find solutions under tight deadlines.
