Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Team Member to join our team. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data and transactions, processing journal entries, general ledger transactions, and reconciling financial data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze financial data and transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Process journal entries, general ledger transactions, and reconcile financial data to ensure consistency and compliance with company policies
  • Maintain and update hierarchies in the general ledger and manage cost centers to optimize financial performance
  • Record and control physical records and financial activities related to fixed assets to ensure their integrity and value
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports and analyses to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Monitor periodic revenue and expenses to ensure they align with company goals and objectives
  • Post bank statements on a daily basis to maintain accurate financial records
  • Prepare and post journal entries for accruals, re-classes, adjustments, payroll, and clearing entries to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
  • Perform month-end close activities as per agreed timelines to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
  • Prepare cash flow statements to provide stakeholders with a comprehensive view of the company's financial position
  • Review and reconcile balance sheets to ensure their accuracy and completeness
  • Manage inter-company processes to ensure variances are within threshold limits
  • Process addition, disposal, or retirement requests for fixed assets to ensure their proper handling and management
  • Prepare statutory analysis for monthly and quarterly reporting deliverables to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Prepare budgets and forecasts as per client organization policies and provide variance analysis to support informed decision-making
