- This is a generalist position that involves working directly with the founders. Your tasks will include managing daily operations, conducting research, drafting proposals, and supporting client deliverables.
We are a team of experienced engineers who have built and scaled startups to millions of users. Now, we're working on a company that helps enterprises automate workflows and launch AI-powered software products.
Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative and operational tasks such as email management, calendar organization, and expense tracking.
- Draft and edit technical and business proposals to help drive growth and partnerships.
- Support client deliverables, fundraising materials, and investor decks by coordinating logistics and ensuring timely completion.
- Research markets, signals, and technologies to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Assist with cross-team coordination and founder-led projects by providing administrative support and helping to resolve issues.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Able to work across business and technical contexts to provide comprehensive support.
