Innovative Product Development Specialist

Job Title:
We are seeking a highly skilled ResearchAndDevelopmentSpecialist to drive innovative product development and quality assurance.
- Design, analyze, and project manage new products from ideation to validation, ensuring they meet quality standards and market needs.
- Perform design calculations and simulations based on design guidelines.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and cost optimization.
- Develop and maintain relationships with raw material suppliers and automotive stakeholders.
- Support operations for handling quality issues related to raw materials.
- Address customer requirements from automotive requirements and find new or alternate material supplier developments.
- Handle audits and its requirements for UL, VDE, CQC, BIS, IATF.
- Provide technical support to the Quality department.
- Prepare PPAP documentation and perform RCA with the head of quality tools DFMEA.
