Job Title: Senior Lead

R&D and Innovation Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce professional with 7+ years of expertise to drive business growth through innovation.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop futuristic demos, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and reusable assets to enhance the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Implement data cloud solutions using certified data cloud consultant skills to optimize business performance.
  • Leverage agent force solutions for ASA, Sales coach, and SDR using certified agent force specialist skills to improve sales productivity.
  • Apply Einstein AI capabilities through certified Einstein Discovery consultant skills to unlock business insights.
  • Develop Tableau Next solutions using one POC or implementation experience to visualize data effectively.
  • Understand and apply Agentic Framework concepts, including n8n and autogen, to streamline business processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with LLM, RAG, Prompt Engineering, MCP Server, and A2A scenarios to stay ahead of the curve.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in Salesforce COE, Presales, and Engineering Excellence.
  • Certified data cloud consultant and agent force specialist.
  • Experience with Einstein AI, Tableau Next, and Agentic Framework.
  • Strong understanding of LLM, RAG, Prompt Engineering, MCP Server, and A2A scenarios.
