About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Innovation and Problem-Solving Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving innovation and solving complex problems through creative solutions.

  1. Apply your skills in product and process innovation to develop innovative solutions to real-world problems.
  2. Support our R&D managers in research, data collection, and reporting, providing valuable insights to inform decision-making.
  3. Assist in the execution of experiments and projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  4. Prepare relevant documents related to products and processes, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  5. Participate actively in brainstorming sessions for new idea generation, contributing your expertise and creativity to drive innovation.
  6. Execute product improvement initiatives on time, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
  7. Conduct scientific literature searches to support experimental study design, staying up-to-date with the latest research and developments in your field.
  8. Generate simple statistical summaries and reports of collected data, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.

To be successful in this role, candidates should have relevant skills and interests, as well as a degree in Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent. A minimum duration of 3 months is required for this position.
