Key Responsibilities
  • Lead outreach initiatives across Bihar, Jharkhand, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Jammu & Kashmir, Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh
  • Build strong networks with school recruitment agencies, admission agents, principals & counsellors
  • Establish long-term partnerships for sustained student enrolments
Enrolment Growth & Agent Management
  • Drive high-volume student enrolments using established contacts
  • Onboard & manage local agents, consultancies, and school partners
  • Ensure retention & engagement of partners through consistent follow-ups
Representation & Networking
  • Represent at education events, seminars & regional meetings
  • Serve as the face of in the assigned states, ensuring credibility & visibility
Data-Driven Decision Making
  • Track & monitor performance using KPIs
  • Share data-backed insights with leadership to improve strategies
