**Architect Technological Excellence**

We're seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer to spearhead our technological universe. As a foundational leader, you'll translate vision into architecture, designing and building a secure, high-performance platform.

This is a hands-on role where you'll write critical code, review PRs, mentor early engineers, and build a culture of technical excellence. You'll champion innovation by spearheading deep tech initiatives, from AI-powered personalization to blockchain-based audit trails.

As our technology ambassador, you'll interface with regulators, partners, and investors, translating our technical vision into a compelling story of credibility and innovation.

We're looking for someone with 5-7+ years of experience in FinTech, WealthTech, or a highly regulated BFSI environment. Your technical skills are hands-on and modern, with deep expertise in building scalable backend systems, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.

You have a founder's mindset, energized by 0-to-1 challenges. You're a proactive problem-solver, owner, and builder. You speak the language of compliance as a design constraint that inspires elegant, secure solutions.

Requirements:
