Job Description

As a Network Optimization Engineer, you will be responsible for optimizing the performance of our network infrastructure, ensuring high quality and reliable service delivery to customers. You will work closely with other engineers, technical teams, and stakeholders to identify and resolve network issues, implement improvements, and ensure optimal network performance.

You will lead all counter/KPIs commitment-related discussions, proceed with the delivery of network planning and optimization projects according to the agreed scope of work, while managing customer expectations and schedules of acceptance.

Additionally, you will perform critical design and performance activities in customer projects independently, troubleshoot and improve KPIs on Radio Optimization of SRAN, 5G/LTE networks, and support FNI activities involving tracking of KPIs, troubleshooting, and recommendation to meet deliverables targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's/B Tech degree in Telecommunications or relevant departments.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in RF Planning & Optimization for 2G, 3G, LTE & 5G.
  • Knowledge and practice of Nokia RAN, eNB/gNB parameters, and counters.
  • Self-directed, flexible team player with strong communication skills and fluency in written/spoken English.
  • Strong working experience on Radio Access technologies (planning & optimization).
