Job Title: Performance Marketing Strategist

This role is responsible for driving performance marketing across all core ad channels, including Google, Meta, Bing, and Criteo. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results and growth in paid marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention
  • Manage and optimize budgets across multiple ad channels
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Lifetime Value (LTV)
  • Identify trends and insights to inform spend and performance optimization
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years' experience in paid marketing with a mix of search, display, video, and shopping with proven results and growth
  • Hands-on experience with Google (UAC, Search, Shopping, Pmax) and Facebook is a must
  • Strong data management skills in Excel
  • Ability to concisely present findings to internal stakeholders without using marketing jargon
  • Working knowledge of analytics and attribution tools (we use Google Analytics and Singular)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the healthcare industry would be beneficial
  • Intermediate SQL, HTML, CSS, JS knowledge would be a plus
  • Working knowledge of CRM / Data visualization tools like Clevertap / Microstrategy / Metabase would be advantageous
