Key Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating and monitoring land acquisition across multiple regional sites.

They will be responsible for knowledge and experience in private land acquisition, government land allotment, forest land acquisition, and private land acquisition via the Land Acquisition Act 2013.

Additionally, they will assist in the resolution of land issues at multiple sites, including litigation wrt title, encroachments, ceiling limit exemptions, and NA etc.

They will also prepare periodic MIS to exhibit acquisition progress, issue resolution, and familiarize themselves with revenue documentation.

Collation and verification of title search documents will be required with support from the legal team.

Stakeholder management with land aggregators, regional land teams, business development teams, legal teams, project teams, and finance teams will be essential.

The ideal candidate will conduct site visits to regional land acquisition sites to monitor acquisition progress and support in the resolution of land issues.

Coordination with land aggregators and regional land teams will be necessary for private land acquisition as per business requirements.

Required Skills:

  • Thorough understanding of land acquisition processes and regulations.
  • Understanding and knowledge of land laws.
  • Familiarity with revenue documentation, submissions, government regulations, and compliance requirements.

Non-Negotiable Skills:

  • Stakeholder management skills.
  • Excel proficiency and preparation of MIS.
  • Ability to handle and navigate multiple projects.

Education Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Knowledge of Google Earth, KMZ.
