Key Responsibilities

Land Identification & Due Diligence:
Identify suitable land parcels for solar and wind energy projects in targeted regions. Conduct legal and technical due diligence to ensure land suitability and compliance.

Negotiation & Agreements:
Negotiate with landowners, brokers, and local authorities to finalize land deals. Draft and review agreements, leases, and other documentation to secure land rights.

Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure all land acquisition activities adhere to local, state, and national laws. Obtain necessary approvals and clearances from regulatory authorities.

Stakeholder Management:
Build and maintain relationships with landowners, community leaders, and government officials. Address and resolve disputes or issues related to land acquisition.

Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of land acquisition professionals. Monitor performance and provide guidance to achieve team objectives.
