UK Pension Administrator Role

The UK pension administrator role focuses on handling customer queries related to UK pension schemes via email. This position involves ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellent service delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and responding to customer inquiries about UK pension plans through email only
  • Providing clear and accurate information on defined benefit (DB) and defined contribution (DC) plans
  • Investigating pension-related issues and resolving them in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensuring compliance with pension regulations and internal quality standards
  • Maintaining accurate records of all email interactions and resolutions

Requirements for this role include:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in UK pensions is mandatory
  • Strong understanding of defined benefit (DB) and defined contribution (DC) schemes
  • Excellent written communication skills with a customer-first approach
  • Ability to interpret pension policies and explain them clearly to customers
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
  • Proficiency in MS Office and pension administration systems is preferred
