  • Serve as a strategic program leader to drive innovation and excellence in tooling solutions for global frontline teams.
  • Leverage technical expertise to develop and refine strategic tooling programs, building business and cross-regional alignment, and improving execution against tooling projects.
  • Analyze complex challenges and opportunities facing frontline teams, identifying tooling solutions that promote efficient execution and scalability.
  • Foster strong relationships across peer organizations to advance tooling initiatives and drive collaboration.
  • Develop and lead visible strategic tooling projects, including developing a deep understanding of pain points and blockers within the organization.

Key Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience, with a focus on software engineering teams.
  • Proven track record of managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
  • Experience defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to drive business growth.
