OpenShift Technical LeadA leading IT services company is seeking an experienced OpenShift Administrator to join their team. As a key member of the technical leadership, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support and guidance on all aspects of OpenShift, from cluster capacity and performance optimization to security hardening and compliance.Key Responsibilities:- Lead resolution of complex OpenShift issues through deep-dive troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and preventive action planning.- Oversee and optimize cluster capacity, performance, and scaling to ensure seamless operation.- Develop automation scripts and tooling for platform management using Ansible, Helm, and Operators.- Define and implement security hardening, compliance, and governance frameworks to protect against threats.- Mentor junior engineers, review escalations, and build operational knowledge base to drive excellence.- Collaborate with architecture and DevOps teams to enhance capabilities and improve monitoring, alerting, and operational processes.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.- Minimum 7+ years of experience in Linux administration.- Expert-level understanding of Kubernetes internals, API objects, and Operators.- Strong knowledge of container networking, ingress, and service mesh technologies.- Experience with automation and GitOps tooling (Ansible, Terraform, ArgoCD, Flux).Bonus Points:- Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration (latest version).- RHCA or equivalent advanced-level certification.How to Apply:Apply online through this portal or by sending your resume to careers@company.com.
