The role of Operations Manager O2C is a vital position within our organization, responsible for the day-to-day management of our cash operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our cash application process, maintaining excellent relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, and driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Reconciling daily and monthly bank statements to identify and resolve any discrepancies on customer accounts
  • Processing offsets to clear matched debts and credits on customer accounts
  • Managing the Unapplied Cash report to work with collections to identify solutions to unreconciled cash items
  • Providing leadership and guidance to cash applications and internal finance teams on cash management best practices
  • Supporting and contributing to lean process improvements in accounts receivable accounting
  • Serving as a regional Business Partner/SPOC to align GBS priorities and projects with market and region demand
  • Owning regional Hub function operations performance updates and action plans
  • Aligning GBS priorities and roadmap with Market/Region demand

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess:

  • A strong financial acumen and experience in managing a team of 25 FTE or more
  • Prior experience as an SME for I2C - Cash Application
  • Solid knowledge of SAP and specific area tools
  • E2E process knowledge and respective interactions with other teams
  • Solid interpersonal skills combined with a high degree of customer orientation
  • Ability to read, write and communicate in English in a business setting
