Job Title: Financial Operations Manager
About the RoleOur organization seeks an experienced financial operations manager to oversee day-to-day activities, including accounts payable and B2C revenue and AR.
- Owning end-to-end AR/O2C Process management.
- Building strong relationships with customers, addressing billing or payment concerns promptly professionally.
- Supervising and mentoring a team of accounts receivable specialists, providing guidance and performance evaluations.
- Continuously reviewing and improving accounts receivable processes, systems, and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee the day-to-day activities of accounts payable department and B2C revenue and AR.
AR/O2C Process Ownership: Manage the complete end-to-end AR/O2C process, ensuring timely payments and minimal bad debt.
Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing any billing or payment concerns in a professional manner.
Team Supervision: Supervise and mentor a team of accounts receivable specialists, guiding their work and evaluating their performance.
Process Improvement: Continuously review and improve accounts receivable processes, systems, and procedures, implementing automation tools and software solutions to streamline workflows.
Cash Flow Monitoring: Monitor cash flow by analyzing accounts receivable aging reports, identifying potential risks and developing strategies to minimize bad debt.
Reporting and KPIs: Prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports, metrics, and KPIs for management and financial reporting purposes.
Compliance and Regulatory Requirements: Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal control policies related to Accounts receivable and credit management.
Quarterly and Yearly Financials: Preparing quarterly and yearly financials as per Ind-AS. Involved in quarterly Limited Reviews and managing IPO process.
Automation and Technical Coordination: Driving automation for revenue and receipts transactions with coordination with Business Team and Tech Team based on Finance requirements.
Monthly Balance Sheet Schedules: Responsible for monthly balance sheet schedules including GL to Sub-GL reconciliation with ageing etc.
