Financial Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Manager to spearhead our day-to-day financial operations, focusing on accounts payable and accounts receivable.

About the Role:

  • Accountable for AR/O2C Process: Oversee the entire accounts receivable and payable process, ensuring timely vendor payments and collections. Foster strong relationships with customers, addressing billing or payment concerns promptly.
  • Team Supervision: Mentor and supervise a team of accounts receivable specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations. Delegate tasks and ensure adherence to departmental goals and objectives.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously review and improve accounts receivable processes, systems, and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Implement automation tools or software solutions to streamline workflows and reduce manual efforts.

Key Performance Metrics:

  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow by analyzing accounts receivable aging reports, identifying potential risks, and developing strategies to minimize bad debt and maximize cash collections.
  • Reporting and Insights: Prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports, metrics, and KPIs for management and financial reporting purposes. Provide insights and recommendations based on analysis to support decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 4-6 years of work experience in a B2B setup, preferably with Big4 experience.
  • Certification: CA with IFRS/Ind-AS knowledge is a must.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, data-driven decision-making mentality, and ability to drive automation processes.
