We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Business Manager to oversee the strategic development and implementation of our business initiatives across various regions.

Job Description:

This role involves ensuring effective onboarding processes, managing employee engagement, and executing performance appraisal processes while adhering to governance policies and procedures.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Timely Onboarding: Ensure new employees are onboarded within defined timelines, and replacements are managed accordingly.
  • Performance Appraisal: Implement performance appraisal processes that adhere to approved policies and procedures.
  • Employee Engagement: Execute all employee engagement initiatives as per plan and within set timeframes.
  • HR Compliance: Adhere to statutory HR compliance and ensure timely closure of disciplinary matters.
  • CSR Activities: Conduct CSR activities in accordance with the CSR calendar, targeting employee participation and regular branch visits for engagement and business requirement assessment.

  • Talent Acquisition: Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition and business relationship management.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic plans.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and leadership skills.
