As a Vendor Management Specialist, you will be responsible for managing high-impact strategic vendor relationships right from sourcing to engagement, contracting, onboarding, managing spend, and ensuring all up-vendor governance. You will track, govern, and manage 300+ vendor risks quarterly, drive vendor governance as part of monthly business reviews, and support the HCM Vendor Risk Management and Governance program to monitor ongoing risks and help drive remediation of open risks.
Your Impact
You will leverage strong communication and relationship-building skills while interacting with other areas of the firm and professionals across the globe. You will have hands-on experience in vendor management, governance, and strong interpersonal skills, ability to coordinate and interact effectively with internal clients, global colleagues, and senior management. Analytical and data-driven, you will leverage data available to drive process enhancements, work on multiple projects concurrently, and present data, reporting, and dashboards leveraging tools.
