We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive new business acquisition in IT Services/Staffing across enterprise and mid-market clients.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales, acquiring new clients, and managing key accounts in the IT domain. You will be responsible for end-to-end sales activities, from lead generation to closure, while building long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales revenue targets.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and market research.
- Understand client requirements and position company's IT services, digital solutions, and staffing capabilities effectively.
- Manage the entire sales cycle – lead generation, proposal preparation, negotiations, and contract closure.
- Collaborate with internal delivery and recruitment teams to ensure successful service execution.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in sales for IT Staffing, Consulting, or IT Services Projects.
- Proven success in client acquisition, account management, and team leadership.
