Job Summary:

We seek a seasoned professional to oversee high-value transactions in the luxury real estate market. The successful candidate will lead high-net-worth clients through the closing process, ensuring a seamless and sophisticated experience that reflects our brand's prestige.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for transaction coordination, legal compliance, financial oversight, client communication, document management, problem-solving, collaboration, quality assurance, post-closing activities, and process improvement.

Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate the entire closing process from contract to closing date, ensuring all timelines are adhered to and necessary documents are prepared and reviewed.
  2. Verify the accuracy and completeness of all legal documents and contracts, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  3. Collaborate with lenders, title companies, and other parties to ensure smooth financial transactions, including earnest money deposits and final payments.
  4. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, answering questions, and addressing concerns throughout the closing process.
  5. Maintain organized and secure files of all transaction documents, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility as needed.
  6. Identify potential issues that may arise during the closing process and proactively work to resolve them promptly.
  7. Work closely with real estate agents, attorneys, lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and cooperation throughout the transaction.
  8. Conduct thorough reviews of all closing documents to verify accuracy and completeness before finalizing transactions.
  9. Coordinate post-closing tasks, such as document recordings, disbursements, and client follow-ups, to ensure a smooth transition and client satisfaction.
  10. Continuously evaluate and suggest improvements to closing processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and client experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or real estate; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in high-value sales or luxury real estate with proven closing success.
  • Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Proficient with CRM systems, MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and sales analytics tools.
  • Client-centric mindset, strategic thinker, proactive problem-solver.
  • Deep understanding of luxury real estate dynamics and high-net-worth client expectations, command of numbers calculations, and analytical understanding is critical.
