Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Contracts Manager to oversee all pre and post-contract activities related to our residential luxury villa projects. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in managing contracts, leading project initiatives, and developing vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of all aspects of pre and post-contract processes to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness.
  • Leadership of project management initiatives to guarantee timely delivery within defined scope and budget constraints.
  • Management of vendor development processes, including evaluation, onboarding, and maintenance of strong relationships with external partners.
  • Conducting detailed rate analysis and spearheading negotiations with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to secure advantageous terms and conditions.
  • Ensuring financial accuracy across projects by supervising budgeting, cost analysis, and comprehensive reporting in alignment with strategic objectives.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (BE Civil).
  • A minimum of 5 to 7 years of demonstrable experience in contracts management, project management, and vendor development within the real estate sector.
  • Proven expertise in rate analysis, contract negotiations, and financial management practices.
  • Strong proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
