The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced sales leader to join our team. As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth. This involves leading and mentoring a team of sales professionals, setting clear targets and KPIs, and building relationships with key clients across various industries.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals
- Lead and mentor the sales team, setting clear targets and KPIs
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients across pharma, telecom, healthcare, diagnostics, and hospitality sectors
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reporting to senior management
