Accounts Payable Associate Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Accounts Payable Associate to join our team. As an AP Associate, you will be responsible for managing bank payments, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely completion of statutory audits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage bank payments, including AP invoice booking and reconciliation
  • Coordinate with multiple internal teams to ensure seamless execution of AP and Taxes related activities
  • Participate in statutory audits, due diligences, and internal audits in a timely manner
  • Responsible for monthly book closing, including BRS, invoice booking, accruals, and capitalization
  • Responsible for employee reimbursement and foreign vendor payment
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in a corporate environment, preferably with global exposure
  • Experience in start-ups that have achieved scale, working in technology-enabled spaces is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to handle coordination with multiple internal and external teams
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of ERP environments, specifically SAP, COUPA, and DarwinBox, is an added advantage
