Visual Creative Specialist

Coding Ninjas is one of the largest online coding education companies in India, founded in 2016.

We aim to bridge the skill gap between colleges and industry by imparting knowledge to college students and working professionals through our online platform.

As pioneers in edTech, we continuously work on curating student-centric learning programs.

Our comprehensive learning programs include 1:1 mentor support for effective doubt resolution, with over 400+ doubts being resolved per hour.

Responsibilities:

  • Study design briefs and conceptualize visuals based on identified requirements.
  • Create illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand.
  • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas using different styles, colors, and layouts for each graphic.
  • Ensure that all designs align with brand image while meeting usability and website standards.
  • Collaborate with digital strategists to transform wireframes into intuitive user interfaces.
  • Maintain graphic design guidelines and brand identity.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital design in a studio, agency, or freelance setting.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating professionally trained digital design skills.
  • Expertise in design software and technologies such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Detail-oriented individual with a keen eye for aesthetics and details.
  • Manage time effectively, ability to multitask, and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in a field related to arts is a plus.
