Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Visual Content Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for designing high-quality visual assets across multiple brands.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably with a focus on social media. They will be proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, or Figma.

The selected candidate will possess strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills. They will also have the ability to write concise, engaging copy for graphics when needed.

The successful applicant will be able to maintain consistent branding across multiple brands with distinct aesthetics. They will collaborate with the content and marketing team to repurpose photos, videos, and short-form content into graphics.

We require excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design engaging Instagram content, including carousels and story graphics.
  • Create compelling YouTube thumbnails optimized for performance and click-through.
  • Develop visually cohesive email marketing graphics, such as headers and promotional banners.
  • Translate briefs or high-level concepts into polished, on-brand designs with minimal direction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, or Figma.
  • Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Ability to write concise, engaging copy for graphics when needed.
  • Solid understanding of design requirements across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, email).
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with motion graphics or video editing for reels and stories.
