Visual Creative Specialist Wanted
We're seeking a skilled Visual Creative Specialist to drive brand strategy into captivating visual content. As a key member of our design team, you'll be responsible for crafting compelling visual narratives that resonate with our target audience.
Responsibilities:
- Create mobile-first, conversion-focused email campaigns and paid ads for e-commerce brands
- Collaborate with copywriters and marketers to translate briefs into strong visual layouts
- Develop reusable components and Figma templates for faster future execution
- Suggest improvements in visual hierarchy, layout—not just execute
- Stay updated on design trends, best practices in email/ads, and what's working in the direct-to-consumer space
Requirements:
- 2–8 years of experience in design—ideally for e-commerce brands
- Proficiency in Figma is a must
- Understand layout, spacing, typography, and color
- Able to work with minimal direction and deliver polished work quickly
- Bonus: Experience designing for Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar ESPs
- Bonus: Experience creating static and motion ads for Meta, TikTok, or other paid platforms
- Even better: You care about performance, not just aesthetics
