About the Role:

The Senior Associate - HR at Triveni Engineering & Industries Limited will be responsible for managing key HR functions, including employee engagement, payroll processing, talent management, compliance, and HR operations, to support the organization's growth and foster a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accurate salary disbursement, compliance with tax regulations, and coordination with finance.
  • Process salary earnings & deductions in SAP, including Life Insurance Corporation, festival advances, goodwill, annual gifts, marriage loans, leave encashment, uniforms, stitching, goggles, gifts, emergency loans, attendance rewards, medical premium recovery, and labor welfare fund deductions.
  • Handle biometric registration & joining formalities of new employees and final settlement for resigned & retired employees.
  • Implement Memorandum of Settlement and ensure harmonious labor relations, manage employee grievances, and support disciplinary actions as required.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, ensuring timely hiring of a skilled workforce aligned with business needs.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee morale, engagement, and well-being.
  • Drive the performance management process, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Identify skill gaps and facilitate training programs for employee upskilling and career growth.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws & compliance.


Requirements:

This role requires a proactive approach in implementing HR policies, ensuring workforce efficiency, and enhancing employee experience in a manufacturing setup. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of payroll processing, statutory deductions, and compliance requirements. In-depth knowledge of HR functions, labour laws, and statutory compliances specific to Karnataka is also essential. Additionally, the ability to build a positive work culture and resolve workplace concerns effectively, as well as experience in HR analytics, reporting, and data management are crucial.
